Arevon Energy, Inc. has released its 2025 Sustainability Report, outlining the company’s operational, environmental, and social performance during the year. The report highlights renewable energy portfolio expansion, project execution, emissions reductions, community investments, and governance initiatives that supported the company’s long-term sustainability strategy.
According to the report, Arevon increased its renewable energy generation capacity by 27% in 2025 and generated more than 7.4 million megawatt-hours (MWh) of electricity. The company stated that its operations helped avoid more than 5 million metric tonnes of carbon dioxide (CO₂) emissions during the year.
The company completed construction and achieved commercial operation for 1,714 MW of renewable energy projects. It also secured US$2.3 billion in project financing across 1,578 MW of projects while advancing an additional 2,510 MW of solar and energy storage capacity to financial close, construction, or commercial operation.
The report introduces Arevon’s updated sustainability framework, which is built around three strategic pillars—Regenerative Stewardship, Resilient Communities, and Responsible Infrastructure. The framework is intended to integrate sustainability considerations throughout the project lifecycle, from development and construction to ownership and operations.
During 2025, Arevon completed its first protocol-aligned greenhouse gas emissions inventory and published its inaugural climate-related disclosures aligned with the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) framework. The company also formally launched its Land Stewardship Program, expanding on more than eight years of solar grazing experience, with 11 project sites supporting grazing activities across its development pipeline.
Beyond project development, Arevon reported contributing more than US$58 million in local economic benefits through state and local taxes, landowner payments, and charitable contributions. The company also organized more than 250 community engagement events across its project locations during the year.
The report highlights continued investments in workforce development and operations. Arevon expanded its workforce to more than 300 employees, hired 69 new team members, strengthened employee onboarding and leadership development initiatives, finalized a Long-Term Incentive Plan for eligible employees, and launched its in-house Operations and Maintenance (O&M) division, which now manages operations at three solar projects in Florida.
The company also outlined progress in strengthening supply chain sustainability. In 2025, Arevon recycled more than 5,300 solar panels from four projects, diverting over 254,000 pounds of material from landfills and avoiding more than 131,200 kilograms of CO₂ equivalent emissions. Additionally, the company introduced its first Supplier Code of Conduct and implemented a supplier sustainability scorecard to improve transparency, accountability, and environmental performance across its vendor network.
