NLC India Limited, a Navratna public sector enterprise under the Government of India, has announced the successful issuance and allotment of commercial papers worth ₹150 crore. The disclosure was made in compliance with Regulations 30 and 51 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
According to the company’s regulatory filing dated July 21, 2026, signed by Company Secretary and Compliance Officer Sushanta Kumar Panda, the commercial papers were allotted on July 20, 2026, as part of the company’s financial management activities.
The company issued a total of 3,000 commercial papers, with each paper carrying a face value of ₹500,000. The aggregate value of the issuance amounted to ₹150 crore.
NLC India Limited submitted the disclosure to both leading stock exchanges in India — the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. (NLCINDIA) and BSE Ltd. (Scrip Code: 513683), in line with regulatory requirements.
