Servotech Renewable Power System Ltd. (NSE: SERVOTECH), a manufacturer of solar solutions, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and EV chargers, has reported strong financial performance for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, with significant year-on-year growth in revenue and profitability across both standalone and consolidated operations.
The company’s Board of Directors approved the unaudited financial results at its meeting held on July 21, 2026.
On a standalone basis, Servotech’s total revenue increased 66.31% year-on-year to ₹20,811.19 lakh in Q1 FY27 from ₹12,513.59 lakh in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year. Gross profit rose 69.75% to ₹4,510.83 lakh, while EBITDA grew 62.85% to ₹2,317.67 lakh.
Profit before tax (PBT) increased 48.18% to ₹1,487.72 lakh, and profit after tax (PAT) rose 47.01% to ₹1,110.05 lakh during the quarter.
On a consolidated basis, total revenue grew 57.69% year-on-year to ₹21,629.41 lakh, compared with ₹13,716.54 lakh in Q1 FY26. Gross profit increased 86.75% to ₹4,856.09 lakh, while EBITDA surged 93.35% to ₹2,094.33 lakh.
The company also reported a 61.58% increase in consolidated profit before tax, reaching ₹1,061.61 lakh, while profit after tax climbed 74.51% to ₹794.11 lakh compared to the same period last year.
Commenting on the results, Raman Bhatia, Managing Director of Servotech Renewable Power System Ltd., said the company’s first-quarter performance reflects strong execution capabilities and increasing market acceptance of its integrated clean energy solutions. He attributed the growth to disciplined execution, continued investment in innovation, manufacturing expansion, and technology development, as well as the company’s ability to capitalize on opportunities in the renewable energy, battery energy storage, and EV charging sectors.
Bhatia added that Servotech remains focused on expanding its manufacturing capabilities, advancing indigenous technologies, and delivering long-term value to customers and shareholders. He also noted that a healthy order pipeline positions the company to sustain its growth momentum in the coming quarters as India’s clean energy transition accelerates.
