Enfinity Global Commissions Mundargi Solar Power Plant in Karnataka to Supply 5 MW to CtrlS Datacenters

The project reached Commercial Operation Date (COD) in nearly 100 days from the signing of the final Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), according to Enfinity Global. The company said the project demonstrates its ability to accelerate renewable energy deployment for India’s growing commercial and industrial power demand.

The Mundargi solar plant is expected to offset approximately 15,000 tonnes of coal consumption annually, supporting emissions reduction and India’s renewable energy transition. The project will supply clean electricity to CtrlS and other customers across sectors including data centres, manufacturing and pharmaceuticals.

Enfinity Global said the partnership with CtrlS highlights the growing role of renewable energy in meeting the power requirements of India’s digital infrastructure and other energy-intensive growth sectors.
