Enviro Infra Engineers Limited, through its step-down subsidiary Suyog Urja Limited (SUL), has secured an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) turnkey contract worth ₹189.99 crore, excluding GST, for the development of a 180 MW NTPC wind power project at Parli, Maharashtra.
The contract, dated September 7, 2026, has been awarded by Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited. SUL received the intimation regarding the contract on September 8, 2026.
Under the contract, SUL will undertake Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) foundation works, including the supply of reinforcement steel and geotechnical works. The scope also covers Balance of Plant (BoP) works, development of a fully equipped 39-acre secure storage yard, coordination of right-of-way (ROW) for material transportation, and construction of permanent and temporary roads, pathways and crane pads.
In addition, the company will undertake the construction and commissioning of a 33 kV transmission line as part of the project scope.
The project is classified as a domestic contract, with the EPC turnkey works scheduled to be completed by March 31, 2027. The total contract consideration is ₹189.99 crore, excluding GST.
The company said that neither its promoter, promoter group nor group companies have any interest in Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited. The contract also does not fall under related-party transactions.
The order adds to Enviro Infra Engineers’ project portfolio in the renewable energy sector, with the company undertaking infrastructure and EPC activities associated with the development of the 180 MW wind project in Maharashtra.
