IOCL Retail Outlets in Goa to Run on Solar Power

The Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) retail outlets in the state of Goa will soon run on solar power. While work on two outlets is complete, eight more retail stations are expected to be ready by June this year.

Murali Srinivisan, executive director-in-charge for Maharashtra and Goa was quoted in a news report stating, liquid fuels will continue to be the company’s key product offering in the future, however equal emphasis will be placed on creating supply points for alternate fuels as well.
