REIL Invites Rate Bids For Rooftop Solar Projects In Uttarakhand

Rajasthan Electronics & Instruments Limited (REIL), Jaipur invites sealed bids, from interested bidders for rate contract of 100kWp to 500kWp under grid-interactive rooftop solar power plant of MNRE phase-II and the solar power policy of the state of Uttarakhand in various places of the state.

The bidder has to execute work of design, manufacture, supply, erection, testing & commissioning including 5 Years comprehensive warranty maintenance for at least 100kWp. The Solar PV modules & Inverters for 100kWp to 500kWp will be supplied by REIL at the site. 

Tender fee of Rs. 1500/- should be submitted by interested bidder in the form of DD 

and bids must be accompanied by Earnest Money Deposit of Rs. 2.50 Lacs (Rupees Two Lacs Fifty Thousand only). EMD can be in the form of deposit receipts, pay orders, demand drafts or bank guarantee. Bank Guarantee should be valid for 180 days.

Technical Bid will open on 23 March 2020 at 5.00 PM and opening of commercial bid will be informed later to successful bidders. The last date for submission of online bid is 21 March 2020 up to 5.00 pm and 3 March 2020 is the last date for submission of hard copy of technical bid, tender fee & EMD.

Elgity criteria of this tender is that the Bidder should have installed & commissioned off-grid / grid connected solar power plant having total capacity of not less than 20 kWp in last two years which should have been commissioned before TechnoCommercial Bid opening date in any MNRE scheme or DISCOM and the Minimum Annual Average Turnover (MAAT) of the bidder for best three out of last five financial years should be not less then Rs.10 Lakh.

The tender also stated that the bidder should be a PV System Integrator possessing appropriate license issued by the Electrical Inspectorate of Govt. of Uttarakhand / Central Inspectorial Organization of Govt. of India / Other State Govt.
