The Chief Engineer (Material) of Paschim Gujrat Vij Company Limited (PGVCL) has issued on line tender from registered manufacturers who work in India for the purchase of single-phased, 5-30 ampere, solar bidirectional static meters having LED display and facility for data downloading from the rooftop solar. The quantity of the meters has been distributed among PGVCL MGVCL and DGVCL as 42745, 18000, and 7500, respectively.
The EMD amount for MSME Bidders – Rs. 1,50,000/- and for Other Bidders – Rs.2,50,000/-
Last Date of Online Bid Submission – 17-06-2021 upto 18.00 Hrs.
Date of Opening of Technical Bid – 28-06-2021 at 11.00 Hrs
Bidders are requested to submit four samples (bidirectional meters) as per technical specifications and GTP along with adequate software in the form of CD and appropriate cables for downloading the data from the meter to BCS. They have also been told to submit complete flow chart details of software installation and meter data downloading procedures in hard copy with tender meter samples. The samples are to be submitted to the Deputy Engineer (RSO), Regional Store Officer, Dudhsagar Road, Rajkot before the due date and time of the relevant document’s physical submission.
Testing of sample meters will be carried out at any third-party Government Approved lab at Electrical Research and Development Association (ERDA), Vadodara, or any other Government approved/NABL accredited laboratory decided by PGVCL.
The Bidders shall execute Agreement within 20 days from the date of issue of Letter of Acceptance (LoA) if not, LOA will be canceled immediately.
