Rewa Ultra Mega Solar (RUMSL) has issued a request for proposal (RfP) to select consultants for transaction advisory services for a 950 MW ground-mounted solar photovoltaic park with battery energy storage solution (BESS) in the state of Madhya Pradesh.
RUMSL is involved in developing and facilitating large-scale renewable power projects in Madhya Pradesh. RUMSL require consultancy services of experts across various fields in order to execute the projects.
The application shall be valid for the period of 90 days from the last date of submission of the application as specified in this RfP. The application with validity of less than 90 days may be rejected as non-responsive.
Last date to submit the bid is 28 October 2021.
The bidder must pay Rs. 500,000 towards security. The duration of the consultancy contract is 12 months.
The bidder must have completed at least one transaction advisory service to develop a ground-mounted solar PV park or floating solar PV park of at least 500 MW capacity with state or central Govt utilities in India.
The transaction advisory should include technical due diligence, bid process management, and regulatory support in the last five years.
The bidder must have also completed two consultancy projects in regulatory assistance for central or state nodal agencies.
At any time prior to the deadline for submission of the proposal, RUMSL may for any reason, modify the RfP. The prospective respondents having expressed interest shall be notified of the amendments and such amendments shall be binding upon them.
