The central province of Quang Binh inaugurates solar power plant of 49.5 MW capacity. Around 44 million USD was invested in this plant by Dohwa Engineering Group of Republic of Korea.
The construction of the plant started in June 2020 and was completed in December 2020. The project is very crucial for socio-economic development, creating clean energy sources, and more.
Meanwhile, Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Tran Thang told inaugurating this solar power plant is a milestone for the province and for the company in renewable energy field.
After 1 year of operation, the plant’s total power generation output reached more than 60,000 MWh and the revenue it generated was around 111 billion VND.
The official emphasised that the province is committed to accompanying investors and creating the most favorable conditions in terms of policies and investment environment to turn their ideas into reality.
