JREDA Tenders For Supply of 5 MW Grid Connected Rooftop Solar Projects of Different Capacities in State of Jharkhand

Jharkhand Renewable Energy Development Agency (JREDA) invites online bids for Rate Contract for Design, Manufacture, Testing, Supply, Installation & Commissioning of Grid connected Rooftop SPV Power Plants of different capacities including five years Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC) on Turnkey basis on Government Buildings anywhere in the state of Jharkhand.

Scope of work: Rate Contract for Design, Manufacture, Testing, Supply, Installation & Commissioning of 05 MWp Grid connected Rooftop SPV Power Plants of different capacities including five years Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC) on Turnkey basis on Government Buildings anywhere in the state of Jharkhand.

Bidder must submit Rs. 2.08 lakh for an Earnest money deposit (for the lot of 100 kWp grid connected solar rooftop power plant). The bidders must have completed three similar works, or one work equivalent to the maximum capacity in each category, within the past five years. The bidder must submit 10% of the EPC contract prices. The successful bidder must submit a performance guarantee in the form of DD/Bank Garant/FDR/TDR that is valid for five years from the date of release of payment. Based on audited annual accounts the average annual financial turnover for the bidder in the three previous financial years ending March 31 must be at least 30% of estimated cost of bidder capability derived from the three prior financial years ending March 31, 2021.

Last week JREDA had launched tender for bidding and selection process for the appointment of Contractor for “Design, Engineering, Procurement & Supply, Construction, Commissioning and Comprehensive Operation and Maintenance for Ten (10) years of 2 MW Grid Connected Canal-Top Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant using PV technology at Sikdiri Canal, Village- Sikidiri, Ranchi.
