MSEDCL Issues RfS for Procurement of 1000 MW of Solar Power from Projects to be Developed in Maharashtra

Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd (MSEDCL) desires to procure 1000 MW (AC) solar power through competitive bidding process (followed by e-reverse auction) from projects to be connected at distribution network (11/22 KV) in Maharashtra under “Mukhyamantri Saur Krishi Vahini Yojana”. Last date for submission of Technical & Financial bids is 17.03.2023 till 16.00 Hrs. Technical Bids will be opened on the same day at 18:00 Hrs. Cost of RfS Document (non-refundable) Rs. 15000 + 18% GST. Tender Processing Fee (non-refundable) Rs. 10,000 per MW + 18% GST to be paid through online payment. EMD Rs. 1 Lakh/MW is to be submitted in the form of Bank Guarantee or paid through online payment along with response to RfS. Ceiling Tariff is fixed at Rs. 3.30 per unit.

APDCL Issues RfS to Procure 50 MW Solar Power

Assam Power Distribution Company Limited (APDCL) has announced a tender for the procurement of 50 MW (AC) solar power from a grid-connected ground mounted solar PV project. The project will be established in Borsola Revenue Circle, Dhekiajuli, Sonitpur District of Assam on Build-Own-Operate (BOO) mode through tariff based competitive bidding followed by e-reverse auction. Interested parties must submit an EMD amount of Rs 4.03 Cr. The ceiling tariff for the project is Rs 4.00 per unit.
The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 21.02.2023. Bids must be submitted by 09-03-2023, and the opening of bids will take place on 10.03.2023.

India to Blacklist Renewable Energy Developers for Project Delays

The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) in India has issued an order stating that any renewable energy project not completed by its scheduled date of completion will result in the developer being blacklisted and their bank guarantee encashed. The blacklisting will be for a period of three to five years,” read order issued by the MNRE on February 15. This is the first time the Indian government has taken action against renewable energy developers for delays in project completion.

BBMS Tenders for 11.5 MW of Grid Connected Solar PV Projects in Haryana

The Bhakra Beas Management Board (BBMB) has announced a tender for the installation and commissioning of 11.5 MW of grid-connected solar power projects in the Bhiwani and Hisar districts of Haryana. The 10 MW projects will be developed at the 400 kV substation in Bhiwani and the project of 1.5 MW will be developed at the 220 kV substation in Hisar. The bidder will also have to take responsibility for the project’s operation and maintenance for five years, which can be extended for another five years. The final date to submit the bids is April 10th 2023.

PEDA Floats Tender For Installing 10 MW Solar Systems Across State

Punjab Energy Development Agency (PEDA) Issue Tender for Supply of 10 MWp Cumulative Grid Connected Roof Top Solar PV Systems under RESCO Mode at various locations in the State of Punjab. PEDA invites e-tender for different capacity SPV Rooftop/Ground Mounted Power Plants on RESCO Model anywhere in Punjab. The scope of the project is supply, installation of grid connected rooftop/ground mounted solar power plant with net-metering/ net billing facility through RESCO model of cumulative capacity of 10 MW. The EMD amount fixed is Rs. 200,000 per MW. Last date and time for submission of e-bids is 14 March 2023 upto 4 pm and the techno-commercial e-bids will be opened on 17 March at 4 PM.
