Central Electronics Limited (CEL) invites ONLINE bids (Technical & Price) from eligible bidders which are valid for a minimum period of 60 days from the date of opening for “Operation and Maintenance (O&M) including round the clock security services at 1 MW Solar Plant inside CEERI Pilani campus.

Interested bidders must submit their proposals by March 13, 2023. The contract will be valid for five years, with a possibility of a two-year extension. To ensure the bidder’s commitment to the project, the successful bidder must deposit 10% of the order value as a performance security deposit.
Bidders must have experience in installing, commissioning, maintaining, and operating solar projects with a minimum cumulative capacity of 500 kW. The experience must include at least one project of 100 kW or two projects of 50 kW commissioned in any of the last three years. Additionally, bidders must have at least six months of experience in maintaining solar projects for government departments, public sector undertakings, or private companies, and must provide maintenance reports signed by the customer as proof of experience.
