Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited (JDVVNL) has invited bids for the development of 24 solar projects, totaling 60.48 MW capacity, in various subdivisions of Jaisalmer Division under Jaisalmer Circle.
The projects are part of Component C of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Urja Suraksha evem Utthan Mahabhiyan (PM KUSUM) program, which aims to solarize one million grid-connected agriculture pumps with a capacity up to 7.5 HP.
The winning bidder must maintain and operate the projects for 25 years and provide remote monitoring systems.
The last date to submit bids is April 24, 2023, with bid opening on April 26.
The selected bidder must provide an earnest money deposit of INR 100,000/MW and a performance bank guarantee of INR 500,000/MW. The projects must be connected to 11 kV or 33 kV substations, with a minimum capacity utilization factor of 19%.
The project must be completed within nine months of signing the PPA, and bidders can submit bids for one or more projects. The successful bidder will be eligible for central finance assistance of 30% of the estimated installation cost as per MNRE guidelines.
Individuals or firms should have a minimum annual average turnover of at least 30% of the total cost of the quoted capacity in the last three financial years. Landowners, farmers, or individuals with or without land for the project must provide an undertaking certifying ownership of movable and immovable assets worth at least 20% of the total cost of the quoted capacity.
