Super Energy Corporation And Hitachi Vantara Vietnam To Deploy SAP S/4HANA Solution For Renewable Energy Projects In Vietnam

Super Energy Corporation (SEC) and Hitachi Vantara Vietnam (HVN) have announced their collaboration to launch the “Project Kick-Off Meeting: Implementation of RISE with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition Solution” in Vietnam. This meeting marked the beginning milestone in the project roadmap to deploy SAP S/4HANA solution for Super Energy Vietnam with 23 entities, including 9 solar power projects and 5 wind power projects in the South and Central Highlands of Vietnam.

The project kick-off meeting was attended by representatives of the Board of Management at Super Energy Vietnam, Hitachi Vantara Vietnam and SAP, along with project team members. The first phase of the project is expected to be implemented within 6 months, utilizing various SAP S/4HANA modules, including SAP Finance Accounting (FI), SAP Controlling (CO), SAP Fund Management (FM), SAP Treasury & Risk Management (T&RM), SAP Group Reporting (GR), and SAP Materials Management (MM).

In addition, the project scope also includes Consulting, Business Process Designing, Customizing according to business characteristics and local operations, and training for SEC throughout the project process. With the powerful operating platform SAP S/4HANA and the experience, outstanding technology development and implementation capabilities of HVN, the project is expected to help SEC Vietnam optimize the process, improve efficiency, and operate seamlessly throughout the corporation.

This project is a significant step towards the development of renewable energy in Vietnam, as well as the country’s economic growth. The implementation of the SAP S/4HANA solution is expected to bring a new level of efficiency, productivity, and transparency to the renewable energy sector, contributing to Vietnam’s sustainable development goals.
