Himachal Pradesh Power Corporation Invites Bids for 12 MW Solar Power Project at Bella Ludhiarchan

Himachal Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (HPPCL), a state government undertaking, has issued a tender for the design, supply, construction, and operation of a 12 MW (AC) solar power project at Bella Ludhiarchan, Kangra, Himachal Pradesh. The project will be executed on a turnkey basis, including comprehensive operation and maintenance for a period of eight years.

The scope of work for the selected contractor encompasses the entire project lifecycle, from land development to engineering, procurement, testing, commissioning, and performance demonstration. It also includes associated civil and electrical works, permits, licenses, and integration with the state electricity authority’s evacuation system.

The bidding procedure follows a single-stage, two-envelope process, and interested bidders are required to submit an earnest money deposit (bid security) of INR 1.32 crore. The cost of the bidding/tender document is INR 15,000.

Interested parties have until June 1, 2023, to submit their bids for consideration. The bid opening will take place on the same day, allowing for a transparent evaluation process.
