GAIL (India) Limited, the state-owned natural gas processing and distribution company, is seeking bids for the establishment of a 10 MW (AC) Grid Connected Ground Mounted Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant in Vijaipur, Madhya Pradesh.
The tender includes design, engineering, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of the plant, along with comprehensive operation and maintenance for a period of five years. The project is reserved for Domestic Content Requirement (DCR), mandating that the solar modules used must be manufactured in India.
The scope of work encompasses various aspects, including civil works, electrical equipment, SCADA systems, cabling, monitoring schemes, and compliance with statutory regulations. The engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) work is expected to be completed within 11 months from the date of the issue of FOA (Firm Order of Approval), with an additional month allocated for the facility’s final completion. Following the EPC phase, the operation and maintenance (O&M) contract will extend for a duration of 5 years, starting from the Performance Ratio (PR) Test run of the EPC contract.
Interested bidders must submit their bids by July 12, 2023, at 1400 Hrs. The unpriced bid opening will take place on July 13, 2023, at 1500 Hrs. The bid opening will be conducted through video conferencing using Microsoft Teams.
