The company has entered into an agreement with Bahrain’s Electricity and Water Authority (EWA) to install 400-kilovolt (kV) underground cables in Al Jasra, located on Bahrain’s western coast, on a turnkey basis.

This encompasses the supply of all necessary materials, including high-voltage cables, along with the construction and testing of the power grid. This marks Taihan Cable’s first contract in Bahrain and is expected to open doors for additional projects in the country.

The company has previously completed significant cable and power grid projects in other Middle Eastern nations like Kuwait and Qatar over the past five decades.
