LONGi participated as Silver Sponsor in the last edition of the Latam Future Energy Southern Cone Renewable Summit, the key event to drive sustainable development in the Southern Cone.
The leaders’ congress, organized by Energía Estratégica and Invest in Latam, arrived in Santiago as the ideal meeting to address new trends, perspectives, and strategies to accelerate the region’s energy transition.
In the panel entitled “Trends for the Development of Renewable Energy Projects in the Southern Cone”, Lucas Ponce mentioned that the company, under its pillars of business philosophy, offers products and solutions that not only focus on providing the best in terms of technological innovation but also work exhaustively to reduce production costs, achieving competitive prices in the market, thus increasing its accessibility, in order to achieve global energy equity.
“We must continue to promote the implementation of increasingly cleaner renewable energies, which is why we believe that green energy combined with green hydrogen is the best solution to achieve carbon neutrality,” Ponce said.
The company presented during the event its Hi-MO 7 module, which with its improved HPDC cell technology that adopts high and low joints, along with excellent passivation of the entire area, significantly improves light utilization and becomes an ideal product for large-scale projects.
