Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited has entered a Power Delivery Agreement (PDA) with Dr. Abhay Firodia Group of Companies – Force Motors Limited and Jaya Hind Industries Private Limited.
This 25-year partnership, under the Group Captive scheme, represents a significant step towards sustainable energy solutions for industrial usage. The group captive solar plant in Achegaon, Maharashtra, with a capacity of 13.2 MW AC, will supply green power, reducing carbon emissions by approximately 21,200 metric tons annually. TPREL will oversee the development and management, with completion expected within 12 months from the PDA signing.
