NTPC School of Business recently organized an energy dialogue titled “Amrit Kaal Vimarsh Viksit Bharat @2047,” with a primary focus on “Towards Clean Energy Transition: Indian Initiatives.” The seminar aimed to explore transformative strategies to lay the foundation for a developed India by 2047.
Dr. Ashok Kumar Balyan, a distinguished figure in the energy sector and Former Director (ONGC), delivered a compelling speech during the event.
Dr. Ashok emphasized the pivotal role of justice and equity as fundamental pillars for a strong economy, stressing their importance in driving sustainable growth. He highlighted the necessity of harnessing knowledge capital to effectively address economic challenges and minimize disruptions. Additionally, Dr. Ashok underscored the significance of visionary leadership in guiding the nation, showcasing India’s exemplary practices on the global stage and promoting collaborative endeavors.
The event attracted over 100 participants, including students, faculty members, and international participants enrolled in a management development program. Discussions revolved around three key areas of public policy aimed at realizing the vision of Amrit Kaal, with a particular focus on meeting the country’s energy-related developmental aspirations.
