REIL Releases Tender for 200,000 Mono PERC Solar Cells

Rajasthan Electronics and Instruments Limited (REIL) Issues tender for 2 lakh Mono PERC Solar Cell 5.50 WP.

The last date to submit the bids is May 1, 2024, with bid opening scheduled on the same day.

The estimated bid value is Rs. 95 lakhs.

The bid offer remains valid for a period of 60 days from the end date.

To qualify as a Class 1 Local Supplier, a minimum of 50% local content is required, while for Class 2 Local Supplier, a minimum of 20% local content is required.

The Purchaser retains the authority to adjust the ordered quantity by up to 25 percent of the bid quantity upon contract placement. Additionally, the Purchaser reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity by up to 25% of the contracted amount during the contract period, at the agreed rates. Bidders are obligated to comply with these adjustments.

The bidder or its OEM (either directly or through authorized resellers) must have a proven track record of consistently manufacturing and supplying similar category products to any Central/State Government organization, PSU, or publicly listed company for at least 2 years prior to the bid opening date.

Copies of relevant contracts demonstrating the supply history for each year must be submitted along with the bid. In the case of bundled bids, the primary product with the highest value must meet this requirement.
