Dominican Republic Vice President Inaugurates La Victoria Photovoltaic Plant with 58.48 MWac and 64.70 MWp Capacity

The Vice President of the Dominican Republic, Raquel Peรฑa, participated in the opening ceremony of the La Victoria photovoltaic plant, which boasts an installed power of 58.48 MWac and 64.70 MWp.

Located in the municipality of Santo Domingo Norte, the plant is a joint venture between BAS Corporation and Dominion, with an investment of approximately $82 million. The facility spans over 102 hectares and features 97,728 photovoltaic modules, 272 inverters, 8 LV/MV step-up transformers, and one MV/HT step-up transformer.

The La Victoria photovoltaic plant is expected to commence commercial operations in September.
