Saha Group and B.Grimm Team Up to Make ‘Kingsquare’ a Green Leader in Rama 3

Saha Group has announced a strategic partnership with B.Grimm to drive the Kingsquare project towards becoming a benchmark in environmental sustainability, improved quality of life, and community development in Rama 3. The collaboration will focus on the installation of electric vehicle (EV) parking facilities at KingsQuare Residence and solar panel roofing at KINGSQUARE Community Mall.

Mr. Jakkrit Santirattanakul, Managing Director of King Square Development Co., Ltd., highlighted the project’s goal of creating a “community of kindness” with high living standards and strong community ties. The Kingsquare project is envisioned as a ‘Curated Living Community,’ featuring condominiums, a community mall linked to the King’s College International School Bangkok, and serviced apartments. The partnership with B.Grimm will support these sustainability initiatives by leveraging renewable energy solutions. This includes the development of EV parking with expandable systems at KingsQuare Residence and the installation of solar panel roofs at KINGSQUARE Community Mall, promoting renewable energy use and reducing carbon emissions.

B.Grimm will provide comprehensive solutions for EV charging stations, covering design, equipment procurement, installation, and post-installation services. The operating system will support automatic charging and transactions, future technologies like Vehicle-to-Everything, and calculate greenhouse gas emission reductions, enabling carbon credits to be traded in the carbon market. B.Grimm will also provide additional solutions such as solar systems, electrical systems, and fire alarm systems for the Kingsquare project.
