Project Scope:

The tender involves the design, manufacture, and supply of grid-connected solar PV plants without battery backup. Key components include single crystalline silicon solar cells, string inverters with data logging capabilities, aluminium mounting structures, array junction boxes, and necessary fire-resistant cables. The work will also cover the installation, testing, and commissioning of the solar modules on rooftops and shed tops.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Financial Criteria: Bidders must demonstrate a minimum average annual contractual turnover as specified. This should be calculated based on total contractual payments in the previous three financial years.
• Technical Criteria: Bidders must have successfully completed or substantially completed similar works within the last seven years. The definition of similar works includes the supply, erection, testing, and commissioning of solar rooftop plants, both on-grid and off-grid.
