The Assam Power Generation Corporation Limited (APGCL) has announced a tender for consultancy services to provide Project Management Consultancy (PMC) for the establishment of a 50 MW Solar PV Project at Lower Kopili.
Eligible consulting firms must have experience in delivering PMC services for at least one successfully commissioned Solar PV project (ground-mounted or floating) with a minimum capacity of 25 MW within the past three years.
Interested bidders are required to pay a non-refundable tender processing fee of INR 2,000, which must be made online. Payments in any other form will not be accepted.
A bid security or Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of INR 2,00,000, either in the form of a bank guarantee or online transfer, is also required. This must be submitted through the same online portal.
The online submission for the technical bid, which should be in PDF format and password-protected, will open at 12:00 PM IST on July 5, 2024. Bidders must email the password to APGCL before the technical bid opening. The price bid should be submitted as per the format provided on the online portal.
The deadline for both technical and price bid submissions is 12:00 PM IST on August 7, 2024. Hard copies of the technical bids, along with the original bank guarantee (if applicable), must reach the office of the tendering authority by the same deadline.
The tender opening is scheduled for August 8, 2024, at 12:00 PM IST. The schedule for the price bid opening will be communicated to bidders who qualify technically.
