THDC India Invites EOI for Empanelment of Technical Consultants for Solar Power Project DPRs Across India

THDC India Limited has issued an Expression of Interest (EOI) inviting Technical Consulting Agencies for the empanelment to prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPR) for Ground Mounted and Rooftop Solar Power Projects across various locations in India. The empanelment will be valid for three years, covering major states such as Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Rajasthan, and Maharashtra.

The empanelment process will be categorized as follows:

1. Category GR-2-A1: Preparation of Detailed Project Reports for Ground Mounted Solar Power Projects up to 100 MW.
2. Category GR-2-A2: Preparation of Detailed Project Reports for Ground Mounted Solar Power Projects exceeding 100 MW and up to 500 MW.

Consulting agencies that qualify for Ground Mounted Solar Projects will also be eligible to provide consultancy services for Rooftop Solar Projects. Those empanelled in Category GR-2-A2 will be automatically eligible to bid for projects above 500 MW capacity, provided they meet the financial criteria during the Request for Proposal (RFP) stage.

Qualified agencies meeting the eligibility and evaluation criteria outlined in the EOI documents will be empanelled with THDC India Limited for future tender participation.

Key dates for the EOI process include:

• Issuance of EOI: From October 3, 2024
• Last date for receiving queries: October 14, 2024, until 17:00 hrs IST
• Last date for EOI submission: November 4, 2024, until 15:00 hrs IST
• EOI opening date: November 5, 2024, at 15:00 hrs IST
• EOI validity period: 180 days
