Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL), under Central Mine Planning and Design Institute Limited (CMPDI), has announced a tender for the design, engineering, supply, construction, erection, installation, testing, and commissioning of a 10 MW grid-connected solar power plant in Lakhanpur, Odisha. The project also includes a comprehensive operation and maintenance (O&M) service for ten years.

Eligibility:
The tender is open to bidders who meet the qualifying criteria, including experience in similar solar power plant projects. Financial and technical criteria must also be met, with provisions for joint ventures (JV) or consortiums.

Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): โน50 lakh to be submitted online.
Performance Security: To be furnished by the successful bidder.
Compliance: Adherence to local labor and environmental regulations, including GST guidelines.
