This collaboration marks the first between SEV and CME Solar, and it reflects Samsung’s ongoing commitment to integrating renewable energy across its production facilities in Vietnam. The initiative aligns with the company’s global green transformation strategy, which focuses on a low-emissions future.

At the groundbreaking ceremony, Kim Iee Soo, General Director of SEV, emphasized that the project highlights Samsung’s responsibility toward both environmental sustainability and Vietnamese society. He described the initiative as a significant milestone in the company’s green transition.

Chung Dieu Tuan, CEO of CME Solar, reinforced the project’s importance, noting that it contributes not only to energy efficiency but also to Vietnam’s long-term goal of achieving net-zero emissions by 2050. Tuan highlighted the role of corporate participation in driving the country’s sustainable development agenda.
