Equipped with a high-clearance crawler chassis and advanced 3D SLAM mapping, the drive vehicle navigates complex terrains independently, detecting and avoiding obstacles while maintaining stable movement across utility-scale solar sites.
At the core of the system is an advanced installation robotic arm featuring eight vacuum suckers and precise pose recognition technology. This enables it to securely grasp and install PV modules with consistent accuracy. Supporting this capability is a specially engineered module-flipping and rotating trailer, which ensures each panel is optimally oriented for installation. The trailer accommodates a load of up to 1.5 tons and offers 180° horizontal rotation and 90° vertical flipping, allowing seamless handling of modules regardless of ground or rack orientation.
