GoodWe, a global leader in PV inverters and smart energy solutions, successfully hosted the Solar + Storage Forum 2025 in collaboration with the Sri Lanka Sustainable Energy Authority (SLSEA). The event brought together over 350 industry professionals and stakeholders, underscoring Sri Lankaโs growing focus on solar energy adoption and advanced storage technologies.
Key representatives from SLSEA and the Lanka Electricity Company (LECO) attended the forum, where discussions centered around recent updates to Sri Lankaโs national grid code and the pivotal role of energy storage in enhancing grid resilience and long-term energy security.
GoodWe showcased a suite of innovative solutions tailored for Sri Lankaโs energy landscape. For residential applications, the ES Uniq Series (3โ6โฏkW) offers compatibility with both on-grid and off-grid systems, with support for parallel connection of up to six units for scalable expansion. For commercial and industrial use, the ET Series (40โฏkW and 50โฏkW) delivers high-capacity performance, easily integrating into grid-connected or standalone systems, with the ability to parallel units in either configuration.
When paired with GoodWeโs Static Transfer Switch (STS) Box, the inverters provide UPS-level seamless backup switching and can interact with diesel generators to replenish batteries efficientlyโenhancing reliability and operational continuity.
Scalable Storage: GoodWe BAT Series
GoodWe also highlighted its BAT Series battery system, built on lithium iron phosphate (LFP) technology for enhanced cycle life and long-term durability. Designed for commercial and industrial use, the BAT Series supports parallel connection of up to four units, enabling storage capacity of up to 450โฏkWh to meet a broad range of energy demands.
Available in 51.2/56.3โฏkWh configurations for small C&I systems and 102.4/112.6โฏkWh options for medium-scale projects, the BAT Series delivers high-voltage storage with robust, scalable performanceโempowering users with reliable, long-term energy solutions.
