Bondada Engineering Limited has achieved a significant milestone in the renewable energy sector by securing a major contract for solar infrastructure in Rajasthan. The company received a Letter of Award from NLC India Renewables Limited (NIRL), which is acting on behalf of NLC India Limited, for Balance of System (BOS) works. The project involves the development of 810 MW solar power capacity at the RVUNL Solar Park in Bikaner, making it one of the large-scale solar initiatives in the region.

The contract is valued at approximately ₹945.11 crore (specifically ₹945,10,73,200). Under the agreement, Bondada Engineering will be responsible for a wide range of tasks. These include the design and engineering of the project, site development, manufacturing, and inspection of components. The company will also manage the supply, insurance, transport, storage, and testing and commissioning of the solar infrastructure. Additionally, Bondada Engineering will oversee the evacuation system, ensuring the generated power is delivered to the park’s pooling substation.

Apart from the initial construction phase, the project also covers Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services for three years. The entire Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) work is expected to be completed within 15 months from the receipt of the Letter of Award. This timeline indicates the company’s ability to handle large and complex solar projects efficiently.

This achievement significantly strengthens Bondada Engineering’s presence in India’s solar infrastructure market. With this project, the company’s total EPC orders in hand now stand at around 3 GW, highlighting a strong medium-term growth pipeline. The management stated that the project will provide clear visibility of future revenue streams and reinforce the company’s position as a key player in large-scale solar projects in India.

The company confirmed that the contract is fully domestic and does not involve any related party transactions. The formal intimation regarding the award was submitted to the BSE on December 22, 2025, in accordance with SEBI regulations. This project is expected to contribute substantially to the company’s financial growth while creating long-term value for stakeholders, demonstrating Bondada Engineering’s commitment to expanding renewable energy infrastructure in the country.
