ACME Solar Holdings Limited announced that it has secured a significant new project from REMC Limited. The company has received a Letter of Award (LOA) to develop a 130 MW Renewable Energy Round-the-Clock (RTC) power project. This announcement is a formal follow-up to an earlier intimation made by the company on November 24, 2025, signaling the progression of its plans in the renewable energy sector.
As a domestic renewable energy company, ACME Solar Holdings Limited disclosed the project details in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The project reflects a long-term commitment, with a clearly defined commercial structure extending over twenty-five years. The contract specifies a fixed tariff of Rs. 4.35 per unit, which will remain in place for the entire duration of the project. This pricing arrangement is expected to provide ACME with a stable and predictable revenue stream from its participation in this RTC renewable energy initiative.
The disclosure, signed by Company Secretary and Compliance Officer Rajesh Sodhi, notes that the filing is voluntary and intended to keep the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited informed about the project. ACME Solar Holdings Limited also confirmed that there are no conflicts of interest related to the award. The promoter group and associated companies have no interest in REMC Limited, the entity awarding the contract, and the project does not fall under related party transactions.
This 130 MW project highlights ACME Solar Holdings Limited’s ongoing efforts to expand its presence in India’s renewable energy market. By focusing on round-the-clock power generation, the company aims to provide consistent and reliable clean energy. The project underlines the company’s strategic direction and commitment to supporting India’s renewable energy goals, strengthening its portfolio with long-term, sustainable power generation initiatives. ACME’s latest achievement reinforces its position as a growing player in the country’s renewable energy sector.
