SWELECT Energy Systems Ltd. has announced the launch of its new energy storage product portfolio called NUMERGY, aimed at meeting the rising demand for reliable, round-the-clock power across homes, small offices, and large commercial and industrial users. The company said the new range includes Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and home energy solutions that can support solar integration, improve energy efficiency, and reduce dependence on the grid.
Along with the product launch, SWELECT also unveiled its new corporate logo and introduced a fresh brand tagline, โPowering the World Responsiblyโ. The company said the new identity reflects its transition from its earlier legacy under Numeric Power Systems Ltd. to a stronger focus on clean and sustainable energy solutions.
Dr. Arulkumar Shanmugasundaram, CEO & Managing Director of SWELECT Energy Systems Ltd., said energy storage will play a key role as renewable energy adoption grows and power consumption patterns evolve. He added that Battery Energy Storage Systems are essential for ensuring continuous availability, supporting grid stability, and enabling energy independence, and that NUMERGY has been developed to address these needs across different customer segments.
The NUMERGY portfolio includes three major offerings. NUMERGY HOME is designed for residential and SOHO users, with solutions ranging from 1 to 10 kW. NUMERGY HYBRID covers 5 to 20 kW and targets high-consumption homes and small commercial setups needing higher flexibility. NUMERGY HP is built for commercial and industrial applications, ranging from 3 to 50 kW, and supports advanced grid integration.
SWELECT said its NUMERGY systems help store solar energy generated during the day for use when needed, improving overall resource utilization. The company highlighted that the solutions can manage peak demand through intelligent energy dispatch, reduce electricity costs by lowering peak charges, and minimize renewable energy curtailment by storing excess generation instead of wasting it. SWELECT also stated that integrated storage ensures uninterrupted power supply during outages and peak load conditions, helping customers achieve better reliability and improved project economics.
