Pace Digitek Subsidiary Secures ₹1,587 Million Li-Ion Battery Order From Reliance Industries

Pace Digitek Limited has announced a major business development through its material subsidiary, Lineage Power Private Limited, which has secured a large purchase order from Reliance Industries Limited. The announcement was made through a regulatory filing dated February 23, 2026.

The order is valued at ₹1,587.10 million, including GST, and represents a significant addition to the company’s order book. The contract involves the supply of Li-ion battery packs designed for specialized energy applications. As per the disclosed technical details, the battery configuration includes 48V 15S1P 314 AH units. This order reflects the increasing demand for advanced lithium-ion battery storage solutions across India’s industrial and energy sectors.

The contract is domestic in nature, further strengthening the presence of Lineage Power in the Indian battery manufacturing market. According to the terms outlined in the filing, the company is required to complete delivery of the battery packs by August 31, 2026.

Pace Digitek clarified in its disclosure that neither its promoter group nor any of its group companies has any financial or strategic interest in Reliance Industries Limited. The company also confirmed that the transaction does not qualify as a related party transaction and has been executed on an “arm’s length” basis, ensuring transparency and compliance with regulatory standards.

The disclosure was made in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. This regulation mandates listed companies to inform stock exchanges about material events that may affect their financial position or operations. The intimation was submitted to both BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
