Bondada Engineering Limited has successfully commissioned solar power projects with a total capacity of 61.7 MWp, marking a major milestone for the company. The update was shared through a formal filing with BSE Limited on March 2, 2026. The newly operational projects were developed for well-known clients, including Paradigm IT and MAHAGENCO, and are located at different sites across Maharashtra.
The company said the projects were completed under its Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) segment. It highlighted that careful planning, strong engineering practices, and strict safety standards played a key role in delivering the projects on time. Bondada Engineering stated that meeting regulatory requirements and maintaining quality standards were major priorities during execution. The successful commissioning of these solar plants has strengthened the companyโs position as a reliable partner for large-scale renewable energy projects.
The company also mentioned that these projects contribute to Indiaโs National Renewable Energy Mission. By adding 61.7 MWp of solar capacity, Bondada Engineering is supporting the countryโs clean energy targets and helping increase the share of renewable power in the overall energy mix. The management said it plans to continue expanding its renewable energy portfolio while focusing on operational efficiency and careful use of capital.
In its official statement, the company confirmed that the disclosure was made in line with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The filing was signed by Sonia Bidlan, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
Bondada Engineering Limited, headquartered in Hyderabad, Telangana, operates from its registered office in Kapra. The commissioning of these projects reflects the companyโs growing presence in Indiaโs renewable energy sector and its ongoing commitment to sustainable infrastructure development.
