Advait Energy Transitions Limited, formerly known as Advait Infratech Limited, has reached an important milestone in its clean energy journey with the inauguration of a new alkaline electrolyzer assembly facility in India. The facility was launched on March 13, 2026, by the company’s material subsidiary, Advait Greenergy Private Limited.
The newly inaugurated plant has an initial capacity of 30 MW and marks the first phase of the company’s long-term plan to build a large integrated electrolyzer manufacturing complex. The facility is expected to support India’s growing green hydrogen ecosystem and strengthen domestic manufacturing capabilities in the emerging hydrogen sector.
The inauguration ceremony was led by Shalin Sheth, Promoter and Managing Director of Advait Energy Transitions Limited. The event was attended by Ashwini Kumar, Principal Secretary of the Energy and Petrochemicals Department, who participated as the Guest of Honour. Company representatives highlighted that the project reflects the organization’s commitment to supporting India’s transition toward cleaner and sustainable energy sources.
The company has also shared a phased roadmap for expanding the facility in the coming years. After establishing the 30 MW foundation under Phase I, the company plans to scale up the project to a 100 MW manufacturing capacity during Phase II. In the final phase, the facility will be expanded into a fully automated 300 MW integrated complex designed to manufacture industrial-grade hydrogen production equipment.
This expansion plan aligns with national initiatives such as the National Green Hydrogen Mission and India’s climate commitments announced during the COP26 summit, including the Panchamrit goals aimed at accelerating the country’s clean energy transition.
In accordance with regulatory requirements, the company has formally informed both BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited about the development under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The announcement highlights the company’s continued focus on developing sustainable energy solutions and contributing to the global shift toward green hydrogen technologies.
