Arevon Energy, Inc. has released its 2025 Sustainability Report, outlining the company’s progress in renewable energy expansion, environmental stewardship, and community engagement while highlighting significant operational and financial milestones achieved during the year.
The report introduces Arevon’s refreshed sustainability framework, built around three strategic pillars—Regenerative Stewardship, Resilient Communities, and Responsible Infrastructure—which guide sustainability initiatives across the company’s project lifecycle, from development and construction to ownership and operations.
According to the report, Arevon increased its renewable energy capacity by 27% in 2025, generated more than 7.4 million MWh of electricity, and avoided over 5 million metric tons of CO₂ emissions. During the year, the company completed construction and commenced commercial operations for 1,714 MW of renewable energy projects. It also secured US$2.3 billion in project financing across 1,578 MW and advanced 2,510 MW of solar and energy storage projects to financial close, construction, or commercial operation.
The company also reported several sustainability milestones, including the completion of its first protocol-aligned greenhouse gas emissions inventory and the publication of its inaugural climate-related disclosures aligned with the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) framework. In addition, Arevon formally launched its Land Stewardship Program, expanding on more than eight years of solar grazing initiatives, with 11 project sites supporting grazing activities in 2025.
Beyond project development, Arevon contributed more than US$58 million in local economic benefits through state and local taxes, landowner payments, and charitable contributions. The company also organized over 250 community engagement events across its project locations during the year.
The report highlights continued investments in workforce development and operational capabilities. Arevon expanded its workforce to more than 300 employees, hired 69 new team members, enhanced leadership development and onboarding programs, finalized a long-term incentive plan for eligible employees, and established its in-house Operations and Maintenance (O&M) division, which now manages operations at three solar projects in Florida.
On the supply chain front, the company strengthened its circular economy efforts by recycling more than 5,300 solar panels from four projects, diverting over 254,000 pounds of material from landfills and avoiding more than 131,200 kilograms of CO₂e emissions. Arevon also introduced its first Supplier Code of Conduct and a supplier sustainability scorecard aimed at improving transparency, accountability, and environmental performance across its vendor network.
Commenting on the report, Justin Johnson, Chief Executive Officer of Arevon, said 2025 was a defining year for the company, marked by strong execution, portfolio growth, and continued commitment to creating long-term value through responsible and sustainable business practices.
