Ningbo Acting Mayor Visits Ginlong Technologies to Review Energy Storage Expansion

Shen Mingquan, Deputy Secretary of the Ningbo Municipal Party Committee and Acting Mayor, visited Ginlong Technologies Co., Ltd. in Xiangshan to review the company’s production operations, technological innovation, and progress in the new energy sector.

During the visit, Shen toured Ginlong Technologies’ intelligent manufacturing facilities and received updates on the company’s production operations, research and development activities, global market expansion, and technology roadmap. Chairman Wang Yiming accompanied the delegation and presented the company’s latest business developments and future growth plans.

The research team focused on the company’s efforts to enhance intelligent manufacturing, cultivate new productivity, and advance green and low-carbon development. Shen acknowledged Ginlong’s achievements in innovation through its national-level enterprise technology center and postdoctoral research workstation, as well as its establishment of a national green factory and full green electricity coverage across its production facilities.

Highlighting new energy as one of Ningbo’s strategic emerging industries, Shen encouraged Ginlong Technologies to strengthen its core business, expand its role within the renewable energy supply chain, and attract upstream and downstream industry partners to support the development of the region’s new energy industrial cluster.

The Acting Mayor also discussed the company’s plans to expand its energy storage production capacity and develop new projects, urging Ginlong to accelerate project implementation, capitalize on opportunities in the growing energy storage market, increase local investment, and deepen collaboration between industry, academia, and research institutions through the Xiangshan industrial platform.

Wang Yiming outlined Ginlong Technologies’ global market strategy, research and development of integrated energy storage system solutions, digital manufacturing initiatives, and future capacity expansion plans. He said the company will continue strengthening its technological innovation, intelligent manufacturing capabilities, and brand competitiveness while supporting coordinated development across the energy storage supply chain.
