Lineage Power Private Limited, a material subsidiary of Pace Digitek Limited, has secured a domestic contract worth Rs. 929.25 million, including GST, for the supply and commissioning support of a 100 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS).
The order has been placed by Kalpa Power Private Limited (KPPL), with the entire project scheduled to be completed by December 31, 2026. Pace Digitek disclosed the contract in an official filing with BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India on August 21, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015.
The contract is entirely domestic in nature. Pace Digitek clarified that its promoters, promoter group and group companies have no interest in Kalpa Power Private Limited. The transaction is therefore not classified as a related party transaction and has been concluded on an arm’s length basis.
The contract strengthens Lineage Power’s participation in India’s rapidly expanding energy storage market, where BESS solutions are becoming increasingly important for integrating renewable energy and improving grid flexibility. The 100 MWh project adds to the company’s portfolio of battery energy storage solutions and reflects the growing demand for large-scale storage infrastructure in the country.
Pace Digitek Limited is headquartered at Kumbalgodu Industrial Estate in Bengaluru. The company, formerly known as Pace Digitek Private Limited and Pace Digitek Infra Private Limited, is listed on the BSE under scrip code 544550 and on the NSE under the symbol PACEDIGITK.
The regulatory disclosure was signed by Meghana M P, Secretary and Compliance Officer of Pace Digitek Limited. The latest order represents another significant step for the company as India accelerates the deployment of energy storage systems alongside its growing renewable energy capacity.
