Phase 2 builds on the first phase, which has already been commissioned, and represents the company’s continued investment in hybrid renewable energy infrastructure. The project is designed for an operational life of more than 30 years, supporting long-term clean power generation.

The development forms part of Oyster Renewable’s plan to establish approximately 800 MW of hybrid renewable energy capacity in Madhya Pradesh, with a planned investment exceeding ₹6,500 crore. The initiative is also expected to support more than 5,000 direct and indirect jobs, creating employment opportunities for local communities and business opportunities for suppliers, contractors and service providers.

Once the entire planned capacity becomes operational, the projects are expected to generate more than 4,500 million units of clean electricity annually. The integration of wind, solar and battery energy storage is intended to improve power supply consistency and support the electricity requirements of commercial and industrial consumers.
