SJVN Green Energy Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SJVN Limited, has announced an invitation for online bids from eligible contractors for the procurement of solar PV modules with a total capacity of 376.60 MWp for the GUVNL (Phase-XIV) solar power project. The bidding process will be conducted in two stages: a techno-commercial bid followed by a price bid with a reverse auction.
The solar modules must be sourced from models and manufacturers included in the list specified in the tender document, which will be updated periodically. The selection of contractors will be done through an e-bidding process, followed by an e-reverse auction. The minimum allocation for a bidder is set at 94.15 MWp, with allocations in multiples of 94.15 MWp. The maximum allocation for a single bidder is capped at 376.60 MWp.
Scope of Work: Manufacture and supply of 376.60 MWp capacity solar PV modules for the GUVNL (Phase-XIV) project.
Completion Period: 2 months from the issuance of the Letter of Award (LoA).
Cost of Bid Document: Rs. 5000 plus 18% GST, payable via electronic transfer/NEFT to SJVN Green Energy Limited’s account at State Bank of India.
Bid Security/EMD: Ranges from INR 2.98 crore to INR 11.90 crore, depending on the module capacity quoted.
