NHPC Invites Competitive Bids for 200 MW Solar Power Project in Gujarat

NHPC Limited has announced a call for bids under a Domestic Competitive Bidding process for the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) of a 200 MW solar photovoltaic (PV) power project. This project, located in GSECL’s Renewable Energy Solar Park at Khavda (Stage-3), Gujarat, includes comprehensive operation and maintenance for five years.

A non-refundable fee of Rs. 20,000 is required for the bid document, with a bid security of Rs. 7.8 crores. Bid Validity Period is 120 days from the last date of submission. Project completion Period for EPC is 12 months from Notification of Award and O&M is for 5 years from commissioning.

Queries must be submitted by May 29, 2024, with a pre-bid meeting scheduled for May 31, 2024. Online bid submission begins on June 14, 2024 and closes on June 28, 2024. Offline submissions are due by July 1, 2024 and technical bids will be opened on July 3, 2024. The date for the financial bid opening and e-Reverse Auction will be announced later.

The tender inviting authority is the General Manager (Civil Contracts-I) at NHPC’s office in Faridabad, Haryana.
