MEDA Issues Tender For Net Metering Of 60KW Solar Rooftop

Divisional office of Nagpur on behalf of Maharashtra Energy Development Agency (MEDA) invites eligible bidders for net metering of a total 60 KW capacity grid-connected solar PV power plant under rooftop along with DC optimizer.

The location of the project is at 4 taluka which includes civil and judicial court at Teh Armori, Kurkheda, Chamorshi, and Sironcha in Gadchiroli district in the state of Maharashtra.

The last date and time of submission of bids is 25/06/2020 at 05:00 pm. The opening date & time of the technical bid is 26/06/2020 at 05:00 pm. A pre-bid meeting for this tender has been scheduled on 19/06/2020 at 1:30 hrs.

Along with the bids, the bidders are required to submit Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs.28,800/- and Tender Document fee of Rs.3,000/-.The bidders are also requested to submit a 3%* of contract value by Demand Draft (DD) as Security Deposit. The Estimated Cost of tender is Rs.28,80,000/-.

The validity of the bid is 180 days and the period of completion of work is 365 days.

The document stated that, If any technical difficulties arise while filling up e-tender bidders are requested to contact Divisional Office MEDA, Nagpur. 

Recently,Maharashtra Energy Development Agency recently floated two tenders for 20 kwp off-grid Solar PV power plant based on the high mast(9m) and 5 HPDC cap solar pump at Rajanpur (Khinkhini) and 95 kwp grid-connected solar rooftop at various 8 sites of Akola dist.A pre-bid meeting for this tender has been scheduled for 16/06/2020 at 11:30 AM. The last date and time of submission of Bid are on 18/06/2020 up to 11:00 AM. Opening Date and Time of Technical Bids is 19/06/2020 at 11:00Hrs. The date & time of opening of Price Bid will be announced later. 

The scope of work for successful bidders include Installation, Testing, And Commissioning With Five Years Comprehensive Maintenance Contract. The Period Of Work for this project is 30 days.

Maharashtra Energy Development Agency is a Maharashtra government institute run with the Federal Government of India, to regulate energy conservation and to promote the development of renewable energy in Maharashtra State, including solar energy, bio-energy, and wind energy. MEDA is working as a State Nodal Agency (SNA) under the aegis of the Energy Department, the State of Maharashtra. MEDA is also working as a State Designated Agency (SDA) for the implementation of the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE).MEDA is also working as the State Designated Agency for energy conservation/energy efficiency activities in the State.
