The scope of work for this project includes supply,installation,testing,commissioning & maintenance of solar traffic signals systems.

To participate in this bid the bidder Company/Firm must have Certificate of Manufacturing of the traffic signals system Only under the registration of D.I.C/S.S.VMSME (District Industrial Corporation or Small Scale Industries or Ministry of micro,small and medium enterprises).JV (Joint Ventrue ) or Dealer,Contractor ,Sub Contractor ,Vendor,Reseller are not applicable.Company/Firm must have authentic certificate for wireless technology of traffic control System must have experience in the field of ITS(Intelligent transportation system) with experience of work of manufacturing /installation maintenance of wireless traffic signal system and with these products in last five years.
To be eligible in this bid, Company/Firm must have installed at least 5 Nos.of Traffic Signals (At five junctions) with pure solar operated along with wireless technology in last three years with single work order in any city of india.Company/Firm should have experience of supply,installation and maintenance of Traffic Signal system in any one city of India (atleast 3 years experience from the departments of Police/Municipal Corporation/Other Govt./Semi Govt.departments).
The average annual turnover of the Bidder in the three preceding financial years should be Rs.1 crore.
