Boond to Install 1 MW Rooftop Solar Plant at XLRI’s Campus in Haryana

Boond Engineering And Development Pvt Ltd (Boond Solar), has recently entered into an agreement with XLRI, one of India’s oldest management schools, to install a rooftop & carport solar plant of approx 1 MW capacity at its Delhi/NCR campus in Jhajjar, Haryana.


The scope of the project includes entire project development life cycle from design, manufacture, erection, testing and commissioning.

Speaking on winning the project, Bhaskar Palit, Managing Director, Boond Engineering and Development Pvt Ltd, said that, “XLRI is one of the most prestigious and premier institute of India and it has appointed Boond to install the solar plant of approximately 1 MWp, in their Delhi NCR Campus in Jhajjar, Haryana. We are committed to meet the expectation and faith, their management shown on Boond.”

This project win is a significant achievement for Boond Solar and it has committed to deliver its best for the project.

The company has specialization in providing customized solar solutions across the spectrum of solar energy solutions, such as grid interactive rooftop solar, distributed renewable energy (mini/micro grids) and standalone solutions (SHS and customized livelihood solutions).

It has presence in states like Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi NCR and other Northern states and now expanding its base to Eastern and North Eastern states in the country.

XLRI’s Delhi-NCR campus is located in Jhajjar District, at Aurangpur, 34 km from Gurugram, Haryana. It is centrally connected to the main districts like Delhi, Gurgaon, and Rewari.

This campus is spread over an area of 36 acres, and has been designed to promote an eco-friendly living experience and to foster climate consciousness.
