Engie Receives Proposal From Veolia To Acquire Stake in Suez

ENGIE confirms that, at the initiative of Veolia, it received a proposal to purchase
part of its stake in Suez. ENGIE will study this proposal in the coming weeks. ENGIE will give preference to the most attractive solution for its shareholders, with due respect to the stakeholders, and after taking into consideration the quality of the industrial project.
