BayWa r.e. Declares a Stratergic Partnership with Prologis

BayWa r.e. has signed a framework deal with Prologis, a leading logistics real estate developer for the initial three locations in Germany. The scope of work covers feasibility studies to assess building suitability for solar roof systems, as well as the development and delivery of turnkey solutions through Prologis Essentials. Prologis Essentials is a unique customer marketplace that offers sourcing warehouse services, products, and solutions.


These projects are located in Dortmund (1.33MWp, self consumption), Neufahrn (750kWp self-consumption) and Cologne (3.8MWp, electricity will go into the grid). They will all be constructed this year.
