West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (WBSEDCL) intends to develop two nos. Grid Connected Ground Mounted Solar PV Power Plant of 10 MW (AC) [Minimum 12 MWp (DC)] capacity each at Gangapur-I and Gangapur-II respectively under Rajnagar Block in Birbhum District of West Bengal.
Scope of the work is Design & Engineering, Manufacture / Procurement, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning including warrantee obligation with 05 (Five) years Comprehensive Operation and Maintenance of two number 10MW (AC) [Minimum 12 MWp (DC)] capacity of Ground Mounted Solar Photovoltaic Power Plants.
Location: At Gangapur Mouza, Rajnagar Block, Birbhum, West Bengal
The plants Total estimated value (INR) (Excluding of GST) is for Gangapur-I 62,29,17,032/- and for Gangapur-II is 62,29,17,032/-
The last date for submitting online bids is September 26, 2022, till 04:00 pm. and bids will be opened on 28 Septemeber at 12.00 pm.
An Earnest money for bidding shall have to be submitted as per following:
- Package-1 (Gangapur-I): Rs. 1,25,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore Twenty-five lakh only)
- Package-2 (Gangapur-II): Rs. 1,25,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore Twenty-five lakh only)
Within 15 days of receiving the award letter, the bidder must submit a performance guarantee from a bank for a minimum of 3% of total contract value.
Bidders must have executed contracts for planning, design, engineering, supply and installation, testing, commissioning, and comprehensive O&M on at least one project similar to the proposed capacity. They should also have executed at least two similar projects that cost not less than 40% or three similar projects that cost 30% to 30% of the project capacity during the five years prior to the date of the bid submission.
