West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (WBSEDCL) intends to develop Grid Connected Floating Solar PV Power Plant of 10 MW (AC) capacity at Upper Dam of Purulia Pump Storage Project Site, Ajodhya Hills, Barria Mouza, Baghmundi in Purulia District of West Bengal.
In this connection, WBSEDCL invites e-tender in two parts for the work of “Design & Engineering, Manufacture / Procurement, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning including warrantee obligation with 05 (Five) years Comprehensive Operation and Maintenance of 10MW (AC) [Minimum 12 MWp (DC)] capacity of Floating Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant at PPSP Upper Dam, Purulia Pump Storage Project Site, Baghmundi, Purulia, West Bengal (on EPC mode) from bona-fide, resourceful and technically eligible developers having experience in execution of similar nature of work as per eligibility criteria.
End date of Bid submission is 19.09.2022 up to 16:00 hrs. and Technical Bid opening date is 21.09.2022 at 16:00 hrs. Financial Bid opening date To be notified after evaluation of Technical Proposal.
There is no tender fee. Earnest Money Deposit is Rs. 1,22,00,000.00 (Rupees One Crore Twenty-Two Lakh Only) to be paid before 20.09.2022 11:00 -16:00 hrs
The bidders must have experience of executing at least 1 such project that cost not less than 50% of the required capacity in planning, design and engineering, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning with comprehensive O&M or 2 projects each valuing at least 40% or 3 projects each valuing at least 30% of the required project capacity.
The average yearly turnover of the bidder in last 3 FY should be at least 30% of the projected cost of packages. Bidders net worth should have increased over the previous three financial years.
